How do you ship my purchase?
We use a courier to send your items to you. Your package will need to be signed for when it is delivered to your address.
Is there a charge for shipping?

Do you offer refunds?
We will only refund faulty goods within their warranty period. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

Who pays for shipping if I return an item?
You, as the consumer, will be required to pay for returning an item to Southern Finds unless the item is deemed faulty or there has been a mistake on our part. Please refer to the returns policy for details of how to return an item.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an order confirmation from us when you pay for your order. You will also receive a shipping notice once the item has left us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For shipping within Australia, your order should arrive within 7 business days of placing your order. Local area delivery is normally under 24hrs from placement of the order. If there are any delays, we will contact you directly to let you know.
